MEDIASITE AND KAMERA INTERACTIVE FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE TO SYNDICATE
SEARCHABLE VIDEO ON THE INTERNET

PITTSBURGH, PA (March 22, 2000) -- MediaSite, the pioneer in providing automated video
management solutions on the Internet, today announced a new strategic alliance with Kamera Interactive Inc. of Stockholm, Sweden,
Europes leading supplier of syndicated video content for Web use. Kamera will
utilize MediaSites unique capabilities to create and publish searchable video on the
Internet, and the alliance will help MediaSite to expand its growing international
business.
Per the agreement, Kamera Interactive and MediaSite will share their respective
domestic market resources and expertise to facilitate a complex global expansion process.

4.0 Suite to create a searchable index of video files for commercial use and syndication.
In return, MediaSite will actively seek and refer to Kamera Interactive customers who are
interested in purchasing and distributing Kamera's sports-focused content.
