RECENT OVERSEAS SUCCESSES SPUR MEDIASITE TO
ANNOUNCE FORMATION OF INTERNATIONAL
BUSINESS UNIT

New Orleans – NATPE 2000 - (January 25, 1999) - Following recent successes in the international market through the acquisition of new customers and strategic relationships, MediaSite, Inc., the technology leader in navigational video products and services, announces the formation of an international business unit. The objective of this unit is to support MediaSite’s position as the worldwide leader in navigational video for Web applications.

The international business unit will expand all MediaSite overseas’ activities, including acquiring customers, building relationships with strategic partners and content owners, plus developing distribution channels, local subsidiaries and joint ventures.

International customers and relationships for MediaSite’s international business unit include Kamera Interactive, of Stockholm Sweden; Enformatica and Digeo, both of the U.K.; and R, a Spanish broadband portal.
