MEDIASITE ANNOUNCES FORMATON OF
NYC BASED INTERACTIVE SERVICE BUREAU STRATEGIC ALLIANCE FORMED WITH ADVANCED MEDIA CONCEPTS

New Orleans – NATPE 2000 – (January 25, 2000) - In an ongoing effort to provide video content owners and websites the most effective service, MediaSite announced a strategic alliance with NYC based Advance Media Concepts. NYC based MediaSite content clients will now have local access to indexing services. The deal will allow AMC, a leading digital video encoding facility and web developer, to not only resell MediaSite products, but to also provide indexing and hosting services. AMC will operate as MediaSite’s NYC based interactive video service arm.

Ron Quartararo, VP business development based in NY stated, "This deal will allow us to offer our NY based content providers and website managers same-day-turnaround on digital video indexing and encoding, and allow for same day publishing of video content on the web. It is part of an ongoing expansion of our service offerings to the Internet video community".

Scott Katzenoff, VP sales for AMC added, "The addition of the MediaSite Publisher Suite to our service offering, confirms the fact that our clients are looking for single outsource for indexing and digitizing archival and web-based video.
