John Zappa joins as vice president of marketing and Howard Affinito joins as vice president and general manager.

John Zappa will have responsibility for the marketing and product development areas of the company. A seasoned professional with over 15 years of technology marketing, sales and engineering experience, he was most recently the director of product management for Serviceware, a leading Internet software company. As director of product management at Serviceware, he led all planning, positioning and development of new products. While at Serviceware, he also was the director of marketing, responsible for building the product management and marketing communications functions within the company. Mr. Zappa has also held positions at Computer Associates, Management Science Associates and IBM.

Mr. Affinito was also previously employed in the CBS/Westinghouse legal department specializing in first amendment, communication, business, financing and contract law.
