<OOC: Basicaly the same as the previous post, with some changes in

descrbing the natives. And oh yeah, I forgot the proposed layout with

dents and stars>

~~~~Cargobay Two~~~~
	Tar'a aimed the rain of phaser blasts at the natives as they
approached her, slowly but certain. Only a few natives -- which of
them also had better clothing and were protected by something that
looked like leather armor -- were carrying a strange looking device.
It was some sort of resonator, and she never had seen this type of
weapon before. The rest of the natives were scarcely dressed, most
only armed with bows and arrows, or a rudiment shaped axe and shield.
	Tar'a had used the stun setting at first, but the natives
appeared to have a natural resistance against even the fiercest stun.
If it had any effect, it only would be for a short while. She hoped it
would weaken their morale, but it didn't; instead of giving up they
became more aggressive and more violent in behavior.
	"So much for a first contact," she sighed disdained when she
heard the sounds of the sliding doors at the entrance of the cargobay
as they opened. Quickly she turned around to see who it was. The beast
that entered had no resemblance with any of the crewmembers known to
her, but realized that it must have been the shapeshifter. It was an
astonishing sight, and she noticed that even the natives came to a
halt, gazing upon the eight feet tall Kzin.=20
	Tar'a kept her phaser blasting as Ktryna literally threw
herself onto the natives, ripping their flesh to shreds with her
massive claws. For the first time Tar'a was glad that Ktryna was on
their site, and moved closer towards the natives for a better and more
precise aim. Soon it was all over and Ktryna disappeared into the
night, following the small numbers of the natives that survived the
battle.
	When Ktryna returned to the waiting crew and declaring it safe
for now, Tar'a noticed the a nasty welt on Ktryna's arm.
	"Are you alright," Tar'a asked as she carefully approached
with sincere concern in her voice. Seeing a fellow crewmember like
this made all previous experiences trivial.=20
	"I don't know," Ktryna answered as she stared at her wound not
knowing what to do.
	"You need to get to sickbay, Ktryna," Tar'a said but her words
didn't seem to hit home. Ktryna remained silent staring at the nasty
welt that appeared on her arm. The others circled widely around them
and expressed their concerns as well. Tar'a was obviously shaken by
this event as images of deadly wounded crewmembers tortured her soul.
They screamed for her help, but there was nothing she could do. Arms
of the poor souls reached out to her, but they all would decompose by
the time she was able to grab them.=20
	It disturbed her that someone who would fight to defend this
ship ended up wounded, and at the same time it angered her that she
had been such a pain.=20
	The voice of Lt.Cmdr. Davis returned her back to the current
flow of activities.
